The kick-off for COMPUTE took place March 2, 2012, in Lundmarksalen (astronomy building) and the associated foyer from 9.30 to approximately 16.00. There were 62 registered participants for the meeting. See photos from the kick off meeting below.

During the kick off meeting general information about the COMPUTE research school was given to together with details on courses and seminars to be given within the upcoming year. Also, the partners presented highlights of their science.
