The seventh annual retreat for COMPUTE took place August 21-22, 2017, at Örenäs slott. The theme for the retreat was popular science presentations.
Anders Sigrell, Professor of Rhetorics from Department of Communication and Media, gave an introduction on rhetoric, effective communication, how to give popular science presentations, and gave input on PhD students' presentations.
