Information for speakers

We kindly ask all speakers to not exceed their allotted time. For this reason, it is also important that talks can start on time, so please make sure that your presentation works with the provided equipment well before your talk.

• Please provide the organizers with your presentation in PDF, ODP or PPT format well before the talk. Be advised that there could be problems with e.g. fonts and embedded video, so allow sufficient time to get such problems sorted.
• If you need to use your own computer, it should be tested at latest 15 minutes before the session in which you are presenting, preferably already during registration. Talk to the organizers as soon as possible!
