MCD - Multiclass discoverer

What is MCD?

An unsupervised classification method for discovery of classes in array data. Classes of experiments in array data are discovered by searching for partitions of experiments with an overabundance of discriminatory genes, as compared to randomly selected classes. For two classes the Wilcoxon test is used to find discriminatory genes. For more than two classes the Kruskal-Wallis test is used.
