Co-organized DNA melting map workshop, April 2010

Organizer of the CBBP seminar series 2010-2012.

Initiated (with Ludvig Lizana) and organized the joint meeting, "The Øresund Bio Battle", between the division of Computational Biology and Biological Physics at Lund University and the Center for Models of Life at the Niels Bohr Institute, Copenhagen, May 2010 and 2011. The Bio Battle celebrated its fourth year 2013.
